There’s a lot going on in the workplace right now. It’s exciting and tiring at the same time.
The bumpy ride we’ve been on for the past two years isn’t easing up as much as we had hoped.
That may be a good thing.
Every once in a great while, we need a big shake-up. And that’s what we’re seeing.
Wages are increasing in many industries and more people have the flexibility to work remotely. But as wonderful as these trends are, employees are not satisfied and are tired.
We’ve experienced Zoom fatigue and remote work fatigue. Now many are dealing with a general but overwhelming sense of fatigue.
And let’s not forget to include the overarching stress from the rising costs of everything from food to gasoline. Our supply chain is in distress and it looks like we need a transformation here too.
