Full-Time Position On The Valet Team
At Valet, we provide human support and intelligent solutions for organizations that care about their website. Our services vary in intensity and difficulty, but the most valuable commodity we provide is active communication.
Right now we are looking to add another member to our team. Someone who shares our values of integrity, excellence, tenacity, and humility. We are a team of leaders who enjoy working with proactive, thoughtful, responsible people.
This position is great for someone who understands the importance of setting expectations upfront, who has the patience to explain things to non-technical clients, who is willing to share all that they know, and who is curious to learn from others. Our team is stronger because of our varied experiences and we lean on that to constantly learn and grow- everyone on the team contributes to that and you will be expected to as well.
Our clients have a variety of setups so experience with a broad range of hosts, tools, and functionality is beneficial. You’ll be given plenty of room to learn even more in our support team. Each request is a unique chance to practice communication, technical sleuthing, best practice problem solving, implementation, and delivery of solutions.
