Overview
The UK Libraries Videography Intern will help shape student-driven video promotions for UK Libraries’ social media, website, and digital signage, providing recording and editing expertise for library events, services, and other engagement initiatives. This is a creative role, and candidates will benefit from a working knowledge of social media trends and platforms, focusing on YouTube and TikTok, but also working with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The UK Libraries Videography Intern will complete both individual projects and collaborative projects with UK Libraries Marketing and Graphic Design Interns, Student Ambassadors, and the Marketing Department.
Internships span the academic year and may begin as early as Aug 2021.
Approximately 10-15 hours/week are expected, but hours may vary based on deadlines and upcoming library events.
Total biweekly hours will not exceed 40.
