Under direct supervision of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for 24 – 7 coverage for maintenance requests and key security within the Fixit Housing Call Center. These job orders come in via email, text, SAP portal and telephone call that is recorded from residents that live in University residence halls and Family and Graduate apartments. Accept telephone call requests and electronic job orders and enter them into SAP. Monitor job ticket flow by opening, closing, editing and reporting discrepancies to management. Dispatch maintenance, custodial and other staff as needed in response to received requests. Distribute and secure all keys within the residence halls and apartments. Monitor security cameras for functionality and report any potential security issues to appropriate personnel. Run reports, resolve customer complaints and other duties as assigned by management.
