Overview

This position provides administrative support to the Physician Liaison Program. Responsibilities include general administrative tasks of all types. Verifying provider applicants are listed in master database correctly and sending updates and additions as necessary to Medical Staff Affairs. Processing new user IDs and entering them into Sharepoint once login credentials are created. This position will also be responsible for providing customer support to help users complete the application. Will be responsible for training users on how to access their account and navigate the system to access their patient medical records. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and have outstanding customer service and computer skills.
