Social Worker Senior/UKHC

The NICU Graduate Clinic seeks a Social Worker Senior to serve as the dedicated social worker to the NICU Graduate Clinic. 

Will be responsible for the assessment and follow up of the social services needs of the NICU Graduates and their families.
