Job Summary:

We currently have a Supervisor opportunity for our very busy Collaborative Care and Geriatrics teams. The ideal candidate will possess experience in staff supervision/office management, preferably in a medical practice environment. Strong team-building, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role!
Job Description:
Perform duties alongside staff as needed in order to maintain service level to provide exceptional customer service to patients
Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments for clerical staff
Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organization policies, procedures, and protocols.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 year of supervisor/managerial experience is strongly preferred
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and positive patient experiences.
Medical office experience strongly preferred
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Sense of urgency in responsiveness to concerns of patients, staff, and providers.
Desire to excel in a patient-centered environment
Must be adaptable to working in a face past environment where priorities can change quickly
Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
