With the rise in customer demand for the software products in our portfolio (Flagsmith.com & Browserless.io), we are looking for a Support Engineer to help our customers solve technical issues and have an amazing experience along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the support queue to ensure fast resolution and customer happiness
- Support the sales team with product demos during sales calls
- Create internal tickets to ensure engineering can solve bugs and improve the product
- Update and maintain the knowledge base to help self-serve customers find answers on their own
- Write occasional blog posts or connect with developer community through Github
