Overview
The General Surgery clinic is currently seeking a Patient Relations Assistant to provide physician support with efficient patient care.
The primary responsibilities for this position include; provide basic registration; verify patient insurance; schedule patients for one or more visits in the same day, or in the future; interpret registration system screens; collect co-pays; and enter payment communication in the electronic health record.
