Account Manager 
At Oomph, our Business Development team forges new relationships, expands our client base and increases annual revenue. We’re spirited, enthusiastic and collaborative problem solvers, with a proven record in client management and operating with cross-functional team commitments.  
In this role, you can expect to:
  • seek out new connections through both conventional and creative channels 
  • meet new opportunities with curiosity and enthusiasm
  • collaborate closely with team members to advance deals through all stages of the sales pipeline
  • be an advisor and advocate for your own specific set of clients
What we’re looking for: 
  • 3 years of successful participation in delivery of digital platforms and projects in an agency setting 
  • Previous experience and results with outbound sales strategies
  • Persuasive and compelling communicator who exudes professional poise and confidence through writing and speaking
  • Authentic relationship-builder focused on proactive and meaningful  touchpoints
  • Continuous and curious learner who stays ahead of key digital industry trends and challenges, and can appreciate and apply their influence to client business strategies
  • Highly driven — consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the necessary capabilities and grit to compete effectively against competition
  • Superbly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset 
  • Equanimously juggles multiple projects, requests and priorities simultaneously
What would set you apart:
  • Strong understanding of analytics based reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity, or experience with, technical languages and programs
