Summary

  • Position Summary
    • Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support functions for the MaineHealth Learning Resource Centers to include: organizing handouts, materials, maintaining library circulation functions, and Center statistics. May also include updating website, assisting with monthly e news, tracking program participation and assisting Program Manager with annual calendar publication.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Familiarity with Internet and email accounts.
    • Knowledge of Business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
    • Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties.
