The LPN prefers clinical experience in physician practice setting. Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing practice required. Professional conduct, organizational skills, communication skills, and a collaborative work effort are desired. 

The Certified Medical Assistant assists the Physicians with patients. Takes patient’s vital signs, obtains the patient’s medical history, and handles patient inquiries, schedules tests and procedures. Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.


Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent; Applicant must be a graduate of a school of nursing or have a current LPN license in the state of SC or have a Medical Assistant certification. Current BLS certification required. Previous medical or healthcare office experience preferred. Strong computer skills preferred; organizational and communication skills a must. Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
