Manage UK Libraries sponsored events. Cultivate local, regional, and national media. Develop content for news releases and other public relations assets that highlight UK Libraries resources, services, and achievements. Work with Director of Marketing and campus units such as Public Relations to manage distribution of news releases and media advisories to appropriate local, regional, and national media outlets. Supervise UK Libraries marketing and graphic design interns. Responsibilities entail providing direction on the creation and management of content for UKL main social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and TikTok); Young Library digital displays; and the news, events, and spotlights section of UK Libraries website. Additional duties as assigned, which may include but not limited to assisting with exhibits, internal communications, presentations, resource distribution, etc.
