Working as part of the Intensive Outpatient Program for Co-Occurring Disorders, our ideal candidate will work was part of a multidisciplinary team providing group and individual treatment using DBT and trauma informed treatment models.

The ideal candidate will have:
Maine state licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.

Job Description:

Provides assessment, planning, counseling, and education services for patients.
Implements assigned patient treatment plan and completes all required documentation.
Systematically and continually assesses the patient’s mental status in collaboration with the patient/family/providers.
Assesses patient and families needs’ and provides evidence-based outpatient treatment.
Provides group, individual and family counseling.
Identifies and refers patients to appropriate community resources for follow-up care.
