Overview

Provide desktop support for faculty, staff, graduate students and research labs. Perform setup and ongoing administration of lab computers and associated license servers, including hardware/software maintenance and upgrades. Provide technical support and advice to groups using these systems. Facilitate the registration and connection of all Engineering equipment to UK’s wireless networks. Serve as contact with UKAT and Engineering departmental technicians who provide support for the Engineering classrooms/conference rooms. Coordinate software installations/maintenance for all computers plus hardware support/maintenance for all equipment in these areas.
