The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources and/or compliance, but we’re willing to train the perfect “fit” for our team. Marketing and social media experience is a huge plus!

Job Description:

Triages and responds to inquiries and concerns, escalating through proper channels if necessary.
Organizes and coordinates onboarding and compliance activities and flow of work within the recruitment department in within a clean and organized workspace.
Works collaboratively to coordinate, perform and monitor assigned programs and practices.
Prepares correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications.
Collects data and performs analysis and reporting to provide compliance and decision support for strategic planning.
Maintains assigned software portal and department records, as required.
Serves as a resource to leaders, staff, and external customers.
Works collaboratively to identify needs, cultivate relationships with internal/external resources, and enhance delivery of services.
