Overview

The Division Administrator in the Department of Internal Medicine manages the finances and administrative office for assigned divisions within the department. Position duties include, but are not limited to: preparation of the division operating budget, financial reporting, and oversight of financial aspects of the division, management of divisional HR issues, communication/liaison with various groups; analysis, interpretation and communication of the faculty compensation plan and all productivity related information for division faculty. This position plans, assigns, directs and coordinates administrative activities of division, as well as supervises division administrative staff. The position has dual reporting to the Division Chiefs and the Department Administrator.
