Working in Customer Support might be considered tedious with often answering similar questions, and at times you might lose faith in humanity and wonder how the asker gets by each day, but if Customer Support is your passion despite the occasional tedium, then keep reading! Our client is looking for you if; you have experience providing remote Customer Support and are able to get the job done without someone having to prod you; if you endeavor to respond in a timely manner, with empathy and understanding, and with a solution to offer; ensuring that your contact with the customer is covered from start to finish, with the end result being customer satisfaction and retention.
You’ll be joining a core team that is distributed globally and has been together for years, and you’ll be working 40 hours a week between 6am and 10pm EST, weekends included. We get the work done, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We take our work seriously though, but we share the case load and still have fun.
