Job Description Summary:
The Concierge is responsible for providing information, directions, and assistance to visitors. The Concierge must attend to the unique needs of each visitor and look to exceed their expectations with each interaction. This position will involve screening patients and visitors as they arrive including taking temperatures.

The ideal candidate will have:
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Description:

Greets all guests and provides proper directions or instructions based on guests’ needs.

Complies with all privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.

Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to all incoming telephone inquiries.

Coordinates transport assistance for patients as requested or necessary.

Provides mentoring, monitoring, and coaching of volunteer performance. Serves as a positive role model for

volunteers to promote teamwork and cooperation.
