Function as a Compensation Consultant by partnering with healthcare managers to develop strategic organizational structures, including re-organizations; develop and monitor metrics for organizational success and recommend improvements; perform forecasting/projections to identify future needs; partner/collaborate to determine the best job classification for positions; participate in collaboration with Employment Department; deliver user-friendly training in position description writing and compliance. Model and promote excellent customer service and respect for diversity for internal and external customers. Participate in departmental organizational improvement activities. Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, etc., rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
