We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team! The Digital Marketing Executive will be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company’s success, so the person in this role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. The right person has a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

  • Build, plan and implement SEM campaigns on Google and Bing Ads
  • Evaluate and identify more paid marketing channels to bring quality leads
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Measure ROI and KPIs based on OKR targets through SEM and SEO
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns/ lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and data analysis
  • Extensive experience in managing Google and Bing Ads
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and leading marketing tools
  • Familiarity with HTML/ CSS and WordPress
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • MBA degree in Marketing or a relevant field preferred
