The GME office assistant will support the GME office with meeting logistics (scheduling/support), coordinating the front office phones, mail and copying/scanning.
Coordinate office travel and order office supplies. Maintain the GME website and support tele- and web- based meetings and conferences.
Support the DIO and GME Director for administrative support and calendar maintenance.
Coordinate / oversee call room maintenance, resident of the month program and resident graduation and clearance.
