Overview

This position serves as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers to the President’s Office, addresses questions, and refers queries to the appropriate office. The position prepares correspondence and assists with other communication from the President’s Office. Other duties include processing purchases and travel, support for event planning, and administrative support to the executive as needed. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to perform business functions. This position requires dependability and punctuality.
